Al Rafa Polyclinic Bur Dubai for Maternity & Surgery is the first hospital of Dr. Moopen's Healthcare Management Services LLC. As the name implies, this is a hospital for Maternity and Surgical services. This hospital is situated in the heart of Dubai in the Mankhool area of Bur Dubai with easy accessibility and ample parking area.

It is a known fact that health care is fast becoming a costly affair in Dubai. People belonging to average and below average income groups are finding it difficult to meet the expenses in Private hospitals as well as Government hospitals. This adds to their dilemma of spiraling cost of living in Dubai and they are forced to go to their native places for treatment resulting in a lot of physical and mental trauma in addition to financial strain. Taking these factors into consideration, Al Rafa Polyclinic Bur Dubai for Maternity & Surgery has fixed very moderate tariff to make 'Quality Healthcare Affordable' to all. The hospital offers packages for all maternity services and routine surgeries.

The two major Departments of this hospital are Obstetrics and Gynaecology and General Surgery. Along with these two we have the supporting Departments of Neonatology, Anaesthesiology, Radiology and Pathology. All these Departments are headed by very experienced Specialist Doctors of proven credentials.
