Thanks for the info!
The bottom line is that cardio is a must in our daily life - actually by walking we're already doing it.
Good Morning,
I can't help, but wonder: where in Dubai any one can run or jog??? I mean, with all the construction every where, there is hardly any space left.
xx
Hi again,
Safa Park and the Creek Golf Club are my favorite. Only now the weather is hot; maybe early in the mornigs or after 6 pm.
Best Regards
It makes lot of sense. When I am renewing my life insurance policy along with the retirement plan, the Insurance Company sends me for Cardio tests, because they want to take only safe risks. I have to walk, jog and run on a treadmill for about 10 min.
Yet another reason for jogging : If you don't keep in good shape, you may not qualify for the life insurance policy and the retirement plan.
