Bin Sina Pharmacy has now opened a branch at the prestigious Dubai Healthcare City ( DHCC) bringing you new technology in selling medicine and non-medicine items. The pharmacy will offer you a wide range of products from electrical beauty, health care, products for men, and baby care. We have introduced a Colour Coded method of high-lighting the merchandise at the pharmacy, making shopping more convenient for the customer.
Following the American guidelines for dispensing in a retail pharmacy, the new dispensary counter is divided into a number of work stations. Each one contains a drop-off and a pick-up point for dispensing services. The unique setup is supported by a new software system "Patient Medication Record" and medication labeling.
The system will open a file for each customer and keep his record in all Bin Sina pharmacies for 5 years and will allow us to check the drug - drug interaction, allergies, duplication and management of diseases and inform the doctor of any complications. The information will always be treated confidentially and will not be released to any agency unless there is written approval from the patient.
